How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free to UK addresses and every parcel is tracked. Allow 8 to 15 working days. If it has not arrived by the latest date on your order confirmation, message us and we refund or resend, whichever you prefer. We only deliver to the UK.
Is 69.99 the full price?
Yes. Shipping is free and nothing is added at checkout.
Is this racket right for me?
The P100 is designed for intermediate players. If you have played fewer than a dozen times, the Starter Kit's round and teardrop rackets suit beginners.
What if I change my mind, or it arrives damaged?
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Send it back within 14 days of telling us and we refund within 14 days of it arriving. Return postage is yours unless it arrived damaged or not as described. If it has been played with we may deduct for the lost value. Anything that arrives broken, or fails within 30 days, is refunded in full including postage.
What does the 6-month cover include?
Manufacturing defects: a frame that cracks without an impact, a face that delaminates, a grip that comes away. Not covered: damage from hitting the glass, a wall, the floor or another racket, and normal wear to the face, edge and grip.

Change your mind within 14 days of delivery and send it back for a refund. Return postage is yours unless the racket arrived damaged or not as described. You can unwrap it, hold it and check it as you would in a shop; if it has been played with (ball marks, scuffed edge, grip film removed) we may deduct the loss in value from the refund. Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months from delivery. Damage from hitting the glass, a wall, the floor or another racket is not. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
