Larkenfield is an independent online store. Our contact details are on the contact page and our trading address appears in the footer of every page.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds and include VAT where it applies. The price you see at checkout, including delivery, is the full amount you pay. There are no hidden charges.

Your order

When you place an order we send a confirmation email. The contract is formed when we dispatch your items. If we can't fulfil an order for any reason, we cancel it and refund you in full straight away.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and in your confirmation email. See our shipping page for detail on dispatch and tracking.

Cancellations and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Full detail, including how faulty items are handled, is in our refund policy.

The legal bits

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
