If it has not arrived by the latest date on your order confirmation, message us. We refund or resend, whichever you prefer.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us, for any reason, then 14 days to send it back. We refund within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is yours unless it arrived damaged or not as described.
You can unwrap it, hold it and check it as you would in a shop. If it has been played with (ball marks, scuffed edge, grip film removed) we may deduct for the lost value from the refund, as the law allows.
Send a photo within 30 days and we refund in full including postage, or send a replacement.
Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months from delivery. Damage from impacts with the glass, walls, the floor or other rackets is not, and neither is normal wear. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

A cover bag with every racket. The Starter Kit adds one can of two padel training balls and a PU overgrip.
If you have played fewer than a dozen times, pick a round or teardrop head from the Starter Kit. The P100 suits intermediate players and the P90 advanced players.
320 g for the round blue racket, 360 g for the round white, teardrop, P90 and P100, and 365 g for the diamond, each with a printed tolerance of plus or minus 5 or 10 g.
No. The two balls and the overgrip come inside the Starter Kit; we do not sell accessories separately.
