Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Delivery cost, if any, is shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Each product page shows an honest estimated delivery window for that item. We show the time most orders actually take, not a best case. Your confirmation email repeats the estimate for your order.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking link by email once it ships. If tracking hasn't updated for a while, or your order is past the latest estimated date, contact us and we'll chase it.

If something goes wrong

Orders that are genuinely lost in transit are refunded or resent, whichever you prefer. You'll never be left out of pocket for a parcel that didn't arrive.
