Where we deliver

United Kingdom addresses only. We do not ship to the EU, Northern Ireland or anywhere else for now.

How long it takes

Allow 8 to 15 working days from the day you order. Every parcel is tracked. The 15 is our honest upper figure, not a best case, and the same window is printed on the product page, at checkout and in your order confirmation.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order and nothing is added at checkout.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email when the parcel ships. If the tracking has not moved for a week, or the parcel has not arrived by the latest date on your confirmation, message us through the contact page.

Lost or late

Parcels that are genuinely lost are refunded or resent, whichever you prefer. You will not be left out of pocket for a parcel that does not arrive.
