Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the day it arrives. You don't need to give a reason. Start by messaging us through the contact page with your order number, and we'll tell you where to send the item back.

Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Once it arrives, we refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives broken, or develops a fault within 30 days, you're entitled to a full refund including any postage. Send us a photo through the contact page and we'll sort it out. We'd rather refund quickly than argue.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived by the latest date shown on the product page, get in touch. We'll chase the courier, and if it's genuinely lost we'll refund or resend, your choice.
